Maenporth Estate Web Properties

The Maenporth Estate in Cornwall is a community of 90 properties and their owners, some of which operate the property they own as a holiday let.

The needs of this organisation are diverse and are sensitive to the views of a large number of stakeholders.

We have been able to support the estate company in delivering marketing campaigns in a phased way over several years.

Most recently, we delivered a holiday homes marketing system that enables property owners to showcase their holiday let for potential bookings directly on the Maenporth Estate website.

We have also delivered an exciting project that sees the estate partnering with local leisure activity providers to create offers available to those staying on the estate.
